GRANTED:
Any rights,
claim, use, title and interest in and to the ASSET BASED LENDER'S HOME PAGE
(collectively PAGES), (including but not limited to any images, photographs,
animations, video, audio, music, text, screen designs, downloadable documents,
layouts, and applets, incorporated into the PAGES) and other associated PAGES
that are part of the collection of PAGES within THE ASSET BASED LENDER'S HOME
PAGE not expressly granted in this AGREEMENT are reserved exclusively by
FinSoft, LLC.
2. DESCRIPTION
OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
· Limitations on
Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not modify,
translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the PAGES, except and
only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
notwithstanding this limitation; or create derivative works based on the PAGES.
· Separation of
Components. The PAGES may not be separated for use on more than one computer nor
bundled with other products in any part or combination. Any proprietary
notices, and this license AGREEMENT, and labels may not be removed from these
PAGES.
3. COPYRIGHT.
All title,
ownership rights, copyrights and intellectual property rights in and to PAGES
(including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio,
music, text, screen designs, database layouts, and applets, incorporated into
the PAGES and other associated pages that are part of the collection of pages
within PAGES), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies or content of
the PAGES, are owned by FinSoft, LLC. This License gives you no rights to
such content and no other rights may be assumed.
The PAGES are
protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you
must treat the PAGES like any other copyrighted material except that you may
either (a) make one copy of the PAGES solely for backup or archival purposes, or
(b) install the PAGES on a single computer provided you keep the original solely
for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the printed materials from
electronic storage, disk or printed media accompanying the PAGES
If any items in
these pages is found to violate applicable copyright laws, then the infringing
materials will be removed upon the earlier of knowledge of the infringement or a
reasonable amount of time from notice of violation.
4.
GOVERNING LAW
If you acquired
these PAGES in the United States, this AGREEMENT is governed by the internal
laws of the State of Maryland. If these PAGES were acquired outside the
United States, then local law may apply. If any provision of this
AGREEMENT is held to be unenforceable as Maryland Law, then that provision is to
be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable under Maryland
Law. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is held to be unenforceable as
State/Jurisdiction Law, then that provision is to be reformed only to the extent
necessary to make it enforceable under State/Jurisdiction Law. All other
provisions of this AGREEMENT will be unaltered, retained and maintained as
enforceable under Maryland Law.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Californians
have rights to the following information pursuant to California Civil Code
Section 1789.3 and California Business and Professions Code Section 17538.
The Asset Based Lenders Home Page is located in Howard County, Maryland and is
engaged in the distribution of information useful to the Asset Based Lending
Community. Currently there are no charges to the consumer for use of the
Asset Based lenders web site, other than the cost of any products or services
purchased therein and any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges
associated with such purchases. Unless otherwise stated, these charges
appear for each purchase on the Order Confirmation pages relating to each
purchase. The Asset Based Lenders Home Page publishes its Payment Methods
and Sales Tax Policy and Shipping Policy on
